Congratulations Saintjohners!

On the 2nd March 2023, two Primary students got the Outstanding Pearson Learner Award as they achieved the highest mark in iPrimary English in Indonesia, while a Junior High School student got the Outstanding Pearson Learner Award for achieving the highest mark in Indonesia for iLower Secondary English. One Senior High School student got Pearson Excellence Award for passing five subjects in Pearson Edexcel International GCSE with good marks.

Pearson Edexcel Exams are a set of academic qualifications that are internationally recognized and valued by universities, employers, and professional bodies. Having this qualification demonstrates their academic achievements, help them gain valuable skills and knowledge, and paves their path towards their future goals.

Alice lily Wenang and Kathleen Tanuwidjaja are the two Primary students who made their parents proud with their achievements. Kathleen’s mom said, “I did not expect that she can make the highest mark in Indonesia.” Charlene Kayla Tandrea is achieving the highest mark in Indonesia for iLower Secondary English, while Bellvan Wisesa Bruinier got Pearson Excellence Awards for passing with good grades on five International GCSE subject exams.

This is not the first time our students got this kind of achievement. In 2019, one Primary School student got the highest mark for iPrimary Science in Indonesia, while a Junior High student got the highest mark in the world for iLower Secondary Mathematics. There were more to cite on our student’s achievements.

Yet, gaining the highest mark in Indonesia or in the world is only a tool to demonstrate their skills and knowledge for their professional development purposes. More importantly, the certification itself will help the students to advance their studies or to build a pathway for their future education and career.

Bellvan Wisesa Bruinier has already set his mind on his future study plan in Germany. Taking all five international examinations was actually a backup plan if he needs to change plans. Charlene Kayla Tandrea still has some years before deciding her choice of subject in her future study. Yet, she already has her own plan for her future career. Seeing how confident they are in planning their future, we couldn’t be more proud and full of gratitude.
