The annual Saint John's Excur Expo was held last August 13. The students once again had the opportunity to witness some incredible presentations by skilled coaches and student members of various clubs.
According to Mr Widi Xavirius, the JHS VP for Student Affairs, this special day aims to help the students decide which extra-curricular club to join. “Apart from our school club offerings, we have also invited reputable organizations to take part in the expo to encourage our students to broaden their horizons,” Mr Widi noted.
Some of the extra-curricular clubs available this academic year are cooking, photography, manga or cartooning, cinematography, badminton, modern dance, basketball, and even martial arts! These clubs will be supervised by only the best coaches which include professional graphic designers, public speaking trainers and award-winning athletes!
This year, why not try and join a new club? It’s a great way to discover what else you can possibly be good at! Trust us, there’s a lot you can do that you haven’t ventured into just yet!
